In accordance with the obligations arising from the national legislation (D. Lgs June 30 2003 n. 196, code in the protection of personal data) and from the community ( European regulation for the protection of personal data n.679/2016, GDPR) and subsequent amendments, the present website respects and protects the confidentiality of visitors and users, putting in place every possible effort and proportional to not harming the users’ rights.

The present privacy policy applies itself solely to the online activities of the present website and in valid for the visitors and users of the website.

The purpose of the privacy report is to guarantee the greatest transparency regards the information that the website gathers and how it gets used.


The present website handles data on the basis of the consent. With the use or consultation of the present website visitors and users explicitly approve the present privacy policy and allow the processing of their personal data in relation to the terms and purposes described below, including any possible spread to third parties if necessary for the provision of a service.

The web hosting (Aruba Spa), which is responsible for the processing of the data, elaborates the data for the holder, is located in the Spazio Economico Europeo and operates according to the European norms.


As well as all other websites do, also this website uses cookies, small file of texts that allow the conservation of information regards the visitors’ preferences, in order to improve the functions of the website, to simplify browsing by automatizing the procedures (ex. Login, website language) and for the analysis of the website’s usage.

The present website also incorporates plugin and/or buttons for social networks, in order to consent an easy sharing of content on your favorite social networks. These plugins are programmed so that there is no need to set any cookie at the access of the website, in order to protect the privacy of the users. Eventually the cookies are set, if required by the social networks, only when the user does an effective and voluntary use of the plugin. The present website might share some of the collected data with services located outside the area belonging to the European Union. In particular with Google, Facebook, Twitter and MIcrosoft (Linkedln) through social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized in relation to specific decisions made by the European Union and by the guarantor for the protection of personal data, in particular the decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield – here the information regards the Italian guarantor), so no further consensus is necessary.
